Two ways. We've done more than just think about video in our organization. We've actually begun to execute video, and we're doing it two ways right now. From an internal standpoint, we're using it as a learning portal vehicle, and we actually have our own internal television station, almost like a YouTube channel.
So if we're rolling out a new offering or if there's a spiff or incentive program that we're going to put in place, or if we want to just give a weekly update on what's going on in our organization around the world, we will post a weekly update that is held in a centralized repository internally and online in the cloud.
And also, we'll email that video so that everyone is on message, everyone is up to speed on what's going on, and where the organization is moving via video. The second way we use it is externally when we're reaching out to prospects, suspects, and even our customers.

And we think it's really important in this day and age. Suspects are who we've never talked to, but we've just been watching them. Prospects we've actually engaged with before, but it's just not the right time to work together.
And then customers, of course, are customers. So we're big fans of leveraging technology. Instead of getting on a plane and flying to look at somebody in the eyes, for example, we could still send video and we can convey a message that email can't even touch in terms of tone, in terms of intent, and in terms of desired outcome.
Video can beat email by leaps and bounds with that, and we're onto it, we get it, and we're embracing it.
