Hey everyone. Craig Rosenberg here sitting with Ralph Barsi, the global sales development leader here at ServiceNow, and a sales development thought leader. We are going to do our social moment. It is a semi rapid fire set of questions. I'm going to ask Ralph three questions here, and he's going to give us his answers and we will learn and live it. Okay? Number one is, in one sentence or less, what would you describe as success in sales development?

Ralph Barsi (00:30):
Success in sales development is about serving and supporting your marketplace, not serving and supporting yourself.

Craig Rosenberg (00:39):
If you had to give one tip or best practice to an aspiring sales development leader, what would that be?

Ralph Barsi (00:47):
It would be to get to know as best as you can each individual on your team, no matter how big your team is.

Craig Rosenberg (00:56):
All right, last one. Ready? What's that singular metric? What's that one number that every sales development rep, leader, or anybody associated with should care about? Just one.
